We enjoyed the walk around the big container ships in the port of Hamburg. The coffee, the clean toilets on board, the outdoor space and the possibility of moving around on the boat were all pluses.
On the other hand, we didn't even get to the very beginning of the canals of the old town, even though we had a two-hour cruise planned. This was very frustrating, especially as we hadn't been warned.
The German guide was apparently friendly and competent, but he spoke too loudly for the audio guide's English comments (and only English, long live our European partner!) to be audible, which was a pity for us.

The tour was fine and the experience optimal. One note: we assumed that it included a section of Speicherstadt. This was not the case. We were mainly in the harbor. Speichterstadt we saw via the hopon-hopoff bus tour. In short we did not get what we had hoped for....

The bus tour was cancelled and I wasn't informed. I waited at the bus stop until I eventually called a call center available only in English. The employee didn't know about the cancellation, tried to convince me the bus would be coming. Eventually I managed to find the info myself and they requested me to send them a screenshot. Only then did they agree to a refund. I had booked a package - bus + philarmonic tour. I wanted to cancel the philarmonic tour, since I was so unhappy with the company. They refused and only refunded the bus tour. Bad experience, don't book with them, not trustworthy!!!

We really only stood in traffic jams with the hop-on-hop-off in Hamburg. Most of the time only heard music and only 1 or 2 interesting facts from a band. Sound was OK in itself. Got off halfway through and went to lunch, did not re-enter. Will never do a hop-on again.

The driver was very helpful and allowed me to get on the bus early so I was not standing alone. However the audio guide was quite hard to hear whilst the live guide was also going on close by. The stops were much less frequent and I found it quite hard to figure out where to alight. On this day there was also a broken down vehicle and we all had to get off, unfortunately no instructions were given in English and I decided to abandon the tour at this point.

The hop-on bus we had booked on the blue line simply didn't make it to the Landungsbrücken stop and we had to buy another ticket from the red double-decker to enjoy a round trip after all. It's a great way to see central Hamburg and learn a bit about the city and covers quite a bit of territory which would be missed if you don't have a car or other personal transport. The audio in English was a bit hard to hear sometimes as the German on the speakers is very loud.

We were very lucky that Hamburg, for once, showed itself from its most beautiful sunny side, and was even dressed up for Christmas! The trip was a great experience for us as Hamburgers - to rediscover our own city in a relaxed way with "tourist eyes", accompanied by interesting historical and current information "from the tape" and enriched with very humorous additions from the dedicated bus driver Christian. We had a lot of fun and can warmly recommend this little break from everyday life.

Their advertising described a guided tour of the concert halls. Nothing was! Just the outside and the terrace. Tour guide came later, heated through the hour and was gone again. I threw 5 tickets out the window! Never again Headout! Unfair competition I will pass this on to the consumer advice center and tourist info. I could have bought the whole thing myself for less than 10 euros. On top of that the total chaos with the vouchers for the Franzbrötchen and coffee. There were beer vouchers that nobody wanted. Pure chaos!

Our guide told the story of the planning and construction of the Elbphilharmonie with a lot of humor and anecdotes. The history of the port of Hamburg was not neglected either. In terms of organization, the timing was very good. The only small suggestion for improvement was that we found the meeting point relatively difficult to find. This certainly had something to do with the harbor festival. Perhaps a more central location (e.g. directly in front of the entrance to the Elbphilharmonie) would be better for all those who don't know Hamburg inside out :-).

The lights tour with a trip through the Speicherstadt took place WITHOUT the Speicherstadt. The reason given was the flood. Certainly correct, but then the question arises as to why this is offered if it cannot take place. The organizer can check in advance whether it is high tide or not. We had the guided tour to the Elphi with Klaus on 03.03.2025. There were only four of us with another couple. We learned a lot about the Elphi and Klaus had many more tips for our stay in Hamburg. It was great fun. We hope that many more visitors to the Elphi will be guided just as well by the very likeable Klaus. A big thank you to him.
We also enjoyed the subsequent harbor tour. The captain was very relaxed with his jokes. The day was absolutely to our taste. Thank you very much.

I couldn't download the app. The ticket for the harbor tour only arrived by email today at 15:15. But it was apparently sent yesterday. With a sprint I just managed to get on a boat. I wouldn't have been able to go later because I already had another booked appointment. I wanted to go in the morning at 11am. I didn't even get the ticket for the guided tour of the Elbphilharmonie. The bus tour was cancelled and I wasn't informed. I waited at the bus stop until I eventually called a call center available only in English. The employee didn't know about the cancellation, tried to convince me the bus would be coming. Eventually I managed to find the info myself and they requested me to send them a screenshot. Only then did they agree to a refund. I had booked a package - bus + philarmonic tour. I wanted to cancel the philarmonic tour, since I was so unhappy with the company. They refused and only refunded the bus tour. Bad experience, don't book with them, not trustworthy!!!
