We had problems with public transport in Berlin and were usually unable to use it, so we had to take a cab from A to B. That was expensive, of course. That was expensive, of course. The subway stations were often difficult to reach due to a lack of elevators. The signs were unclear and if you had no knowledge of the city districts, you couldn't use the right trains. That was a great pity,

PITY I didn't like it :-( Bus ride Hopp on ... was only possible due to the half marathon from 14:00, then again due to Harley Davidson parade all road closures :-( :-(Construction site area in subway - only sparsely marked - therefore unfortunately all attractions not well or only very difficult to reach Great St. Michel, wax figures, Alster tour (unfortunately not via you)

Our vouchers were not accepted for the Udo Lindenberg Panic Tour. We therefore had to pay ourselves.

I hate this experience! The information related to the pass is not clear enough. Before the date I use the pass I have sent email to turbopass to ask related to the bus hop on and off tour option. I want to know if i can use both red route and blue route or I can only pick one among the two option for the bus tour. The staff from turbopass gave the misleading information told me that i can use both routes but i was denied entry from the blue routes saying that as i have the red route ticket activated so I cannot use their blue routes. We were so embarrasseed that we forced to leave the bus in front of all other passengers. We are furious and frustrated as we need to amend all our schedule urgently!
We started very early with the city tour. The beautiful weather in the red double-deckers was ideal. The food and the free dessert at the Hard Rock Cafe were sensational.
